　　(通讯员 王玉琪 王凯峰 记者 王姝雅)一骗子用假翡翠玉器诈骗退休老人13万元,南开警方接到报警后查到骗子身份将其抓获.

　　2011年8月,本市退休老人老周途经南开区西关街自发市场.在一个出售眼镜的摊位上,老周发现盒子里还摆着几件玉器挂件.爱好玉器的老周驻足观看,将玉挂件拿起来爱不释手.摊主见状有意不说价钱,给老周讲起了玉挂件的来历.这个摊主自称姓郭,今年70岁,父亲早年是委托行的经理,给他留下了几件“老玉”,但他自己并不懂玉器.最后,老周花9000余元买下了这两个翡翠挂件.事后,老周怕打了眼,便请懂行的专家鉴别真伪,结论是两件玉器虽然不是老物件,但还都是真的.

　　老周认为买值了,便再次找到了摊主.郭某跟老周说自己的叔叔曾经是部长,家中还有不少好东西.后来,老周多次从这里购买了近百件玉器和翡翠挂件,前后花了13万元.不久前,老周再去西关街自发市场找,发现其已不见踪影.连等几天也没见人后,老周意识到自己受骗了.

　　2011年10月31日,公安南开分局刑侦九大队接手案件.根据老周提供的相关情况,办案民警多次到西关街自发市场、西营门外自发市场了解情况.今年2月14日,民警获得线索,锁定嫌疑人为付某,居住在在南开区三潭路.经刑侦九大队和万兴派出所民警多次抓捕,于3月19日将其抓获.

　　经讯问,犯罪嫌疑人付某对诈骗犯罪事实供认不讳.据付某交代,最初卖给老周的两件玉器是朋友放在他这里寄卖的真品,之后老周从其手中购买的近百件玉器,则是其从和平区沈阳道古物市场以不到四千元价格收来的假货,多是玻璃、塑料、大理石等材质的假货.

　　截至发稿时,付某已被警方依法刑事拘留.

3月5日凌晨,温州乐清城南街道的一家珠宝玉器行被盗,柜台上满是装玉器的空盒子.王诚 摄

　　浙江在线03月07日讯 “比我搬家还搬得干净,这小偷真是狠心啊.”郑先生一脸苦笑.前天凌晨,乐清市城南街道看河路一玉器珠宝行遭窃.店主郑先生说,数百件玉器珠宝被盗,总价值还在统计中.案发后,警察快速参与核查.

　　3月6日下午,城南街道看河路的这间玉器珠宝行大门紧闭.记者绕着珠宝行走了一圈,只见店展侧窗和后门都砌着墙,没有被破坏的痕迹.

　　“前天凌晨,小偷是直接从正门开锁进进的.”郑先生说,这里也算是闹市区,这些小偷胆子也太大了.

　　“我们店的防盗措施应该算是比较到位了,但防不胜防.”郑先生说,他的店门口装有卷帘门,小偷是撬开卷帘门进往的,打开卷帘门,店展的玻璃推门是用不锈钢链条锁锁住的,小偷可能用钢筋钳之类的工具把链条锁剪断.

　　该珠宝行在玻璃推门上安装了警报器,打烊后,营业员会开启警报系统,一旦有人开门进进,警报器就会自动响起.郑先生说,警报器响了后,店中的固定电话会自动拨号接通他的手机,假如手机没人接,那就会向家里电话拨号.

　　郑先生给记者演示了一番.警报叫响数秒钟后,郑先生的手机也响了,接通后会播放一段录音:有情况有情况快快,抓小偷.

　　事发当天,郑先生的手机并没有接到店展的报警电话.郑先生说:“我家就住在四周,假如有情况,马上就跑过来.不知道警报器当时被做了什么手脚.”

　　郑先生说,就算进了这道门,我的店展中装有5个监控摄像头,其中一个正对着玻璃门.警察事后查看了店中监控,那段时间连接监控的电脑竟死机了,没有拍下进进店展中的小偷,这让人费解.

　　前天上午9时许,该珠宝行营业员发现卷帘门的锁被人打开,拉起卷帘门看到店中一片散乱.店里摆放着19个柜台,其中18个柜台里的玉器都已经不知往向.郑先生说,剩下那个柜台小偷没动,那个柜台里的玉手镯很低廉价,100多元一只,估计小偷之前经过踩点,对店中玉器的价格进行过了解.

　　3月16日下午,腾冲县荷花镇某珠宝店女老板被一蒙面男子持匕首闯入店内捆绑住双手,抢走店内的玉器挂件60多件,女老板称损失达200万元.

　　荷花派出所接到报案后立即将案情上报腾冲县公安局,并要求尽快破案.经大量工作,民警发现29岁的左某曾于案发前在现场周围活动,但案发后去向不明,具有重大作案嫌疑.民警立即安排专人对左某进行排查、布控.3月17日,民警在腾冲县城一间出租房内将左某抓获,现场查获被抢的玉石挂件63件,玉石手镯1件.

　　青海玉,顾名思义是产地在青海的软玉.产出地段属昆仑山脉东伸入青海省部分,位于青海省格尔木市西南、青藏公路沿线100余公里处的高原丘陵地区,西距新疆若羌境约300余公里.青海玉与且末、若羌等地产出的和田玉在地质构造背景上极为相似,在矿物成分、硬度、产状、组织结构特征上基本相同.

　　青海玉发现于上世纪80年代末90年代初,当时每公斤只有几毛钱,上好的每公斤也就几百元,因为价值低廉,很多经营者拿它来冒充和田玉出售,以至于很长一段时间青海玉都口碑不好.众所周知,和田玉的使用已有几千年的历史,而青海玉走上市场却只有短短一二十年,作为一个新品种的玉石,得到市场的认可是很有难度的.1999年以后,由于新疆和田玉的资源几近枯竭,青海玉的市场占有率不断攀升,价格也不断上扬.对于青海玉来说,真正的机会出现在2008年,北京奥组委正式确定,北京奥运会所需3000多枚“金镶玉”奖牌全部使用青海玉.也许是嫌青海玉以前名声不好,一夜之间换了个好听的名字“昆仑玉”,这个名字伴随着奥运奖牌名声鹊起,名扬海内外.奥运以后,青海玉的价格一路飙升,目前国内玉器市场上每公斤从几千元到几万元不等,上好的更是达到十几万元的高价.但笔者认为“昆仑玉”这种叫法并不贴切,因为和田玉也是产自昆仑山脉,如果仅青海玉被命名为昆仑玉,难免被人认为有误导之嫌疑,且青海玉从品质上说,本来就是优质的软玉品种,根本不需要更名.

　　青海玉有开发规模的矿点主要有三处.三岔河是昆仑玉的主产地,早期的黑皮料和土皮料多产于此,由于其颗粒细、颜色白、油性足深受消费者喜爱,该矿除产出大量白玉外,白加黑、烟紫、紫罗兰色均是人们喜欢的品种；托拉海沟玉矿所产糖包白具有白而不透、颗粒细的特点,目前是收藏者追逐的品种,该矿点所产“鸭蛋青”玉质也相当好；小灶火所产青玉由于颗粒细、油性足,已被市场广泛接受,扬州人将其命名为“碧青玉”,该矿点所产糖包白、黄料也不乏优秀品种.我们有理由相信,随着勘探力度加大,更多优秀品种将被发现.

　　青海玉是一种由微晶透闪石集合体构成的单矿物玉石,透闪石含量多数大于99%,杂质矿物较少.青海玉按照产出状态来分以山料为主,少量的山流水料和戈壁料,但未发现有籽料产出.

　　青海玉按照颜色来分有:

　　1.白玉.青海软玉的主要品种,也是产量最大的品种,颜色变化较丰富,有灰白、青白、蜡白色,由于结构稳定细腻,透明度明显好于和田白玉,当然也不乏油润度较好的青海白玉.白玉中还有一种带浅翠色的玉种,其绿色特征似嫩绿色的翡翠,与青玉、碧玉的绿色有明显不同,这部分绿色软玉很少单独产出,而是附于白玉、青白玉原料的一侧或形成夹层、团块分布.其制成品大多在白玉、青白玉雕件上形成俏色,青海带翠玉以其稀少的数量和独特的创意空间,将成为玉器收藏的热点.

　　2.黄玉.青海玉中的黄色玉多为山料,透明度较好,但产量不多.

　　3.青玉.与和田青玉颜色基本相同,绿中带灰黑色,色调较闷暗,半透明,质地细腻,油性好.

　　4.碧玉.青海碧玉与其他新疆碧玉、俄罗斯碧玉相比,在颜色上还是有一定区别的,它的颜色显得不那么鲜明,有点发闷的感觉.

　　5.墨玉.与和田玉一样,青海玉中也有墨玉.因为玉中墨色含量多少的不同,墨玉的颜色也有深浅.青海墨玉中有一种灰紫色的玉,半透明,质地细腻滋润,成色好的呈紫罗兰色,也是相当漂亮的,还有一种青灰色玉,有人称之为“烟灰料”,这两种玉色可归到墨玉的范畴,只是含墨量多少的问题.

　　6.糖玉.青海玉中也有糖色玉品种,主要为浅黄褐色比较均匀的糖色浸染和斑点状的黑褐色糖.

　　笔者想说其实玉器,就是玉琢成的器,玉材才是决定玉器的好坏和价值的关键.有些收藏者觉得越老的玉器才越好,其实是陷入了收藏的一个误区.

　　了解到玉器的升值决定于其材料和当今社会现状,就希望人们在收藏和购买和田玉时,要仔细衡量,争取做到不盲目跟风,用最少的钱买最超值的和田玉.除了决定和田玉器好坏的玉材品质之外,设计制作水平也是关键.笔者的看法是:首先收藏或者购买时如果自己不懂得就请请教其他真正懂得的人.其次尽量买名家的作品,这个名家不一定是非要古代的,现代的相对来说作品升值更快.像琢艺轩和田玉的创办者穆宇静,她作为海派玉雕大师,又将上海琢艺轩打造成为了和田玉网络销售第一品牌,并且穆宇静的女性独到的审美视角,让她的作品题材新颖,构思巧妙,广受收藏者喜爱.若干年后穆宇静的作品升值空间还会增大.

　　了解到,南京的珠宝商在缅甸赌石不手软,经常一出手就是上亿元.去年,TESIRO通灵旗下传世翡翠,参加缅甸公盘的激烈竞拍,斥资近亿元人民币,购得种色俱佳的飘绿花手镯翡翠原石.通灵还曾经在缅甸赌到一块重达1072公斤的翡翠原石“传世翡翠王”.

　　这种幸运不是所有人都有的.昨天会场上,南京的一位资深玉石玩家也讲了他的故事.去年他和南京几位玉石玩家去云南,看中了一块原石.按说大家都是圈子里的专家,可几个人用各种办法测,照啊,很笃定的花40万元拍板买下石头,切开一看,里面能用的玉,也就值几万块钱,最后大家均摊损失,一人赔了几万块.赌石就是这样,经验再老到的行家,也难免有看走眼的时候,一个走眼,几十万、几百万就没有了,门外汉赌石更是十赌九输.

　　专家投资建议:可挑选没有被游资炒作过的领域

　　这几年,国内玉石珠宝投资热浪滚滚,与去年年中达到顶峰,今年趋于平稳.在价格高企的背景下,珠宝玉石还值不值得投资,该如何投资？昨天,香港福麟珠宝(国际)有限公司总经理李苏萍说,在经济条件允许的情况,未来高档珠宝玉石还是有投资价值的,高档珠宝指的是一克拉以上的钻石,五万元以上的玉.

　　在珠宝玉石价格高企的今天,投资什么比较好？她建议,除了黄金、钻石这样的硬通货外,可以挑选有后劲的珠宝,如琥珀、碧玺等没有被游资炒作过的领域,流通性好的品种.比如碧玺,在犹太人开的银行都可以变现.

　　有人发现,最近一年珠宝玉石投资热度有所减退,这和网络销售参与竞争有关.过去,商场一万块购进钻石,售价标3万,而网络商人可能只赚30%,大家就以为价格跌了.其实,国际市场上1克拉以上的钻石毛坯每年都在稳步上涨.和国际平均水平相比,中国人均拥有黄金珠宝量很低,这也说明这个市场的潜力.

低端玉石价格拦腰下跌

　　春节过后本是玉石销售的传统旺季,但今年春节过后,玉石市场不见起色.记者从昨日在厦开幕的“2012璀璨珠宝玉石首饰展”上了解到,经历前几年的爆炒后,眼下市场正发生变化:低端货价格遭“腰斩”,高端货则普遍有价无市.同时,投资客的身影也在逐渐减少.

　　价格两极分化

　　“最近,玉石生意确实不好做.”昨天的宝石展上,来自云南的参展商刘女士告诉记者,从今年的情况来看,当地中低端的翡翠批发价已开始下跌,“跌幅达20%以上,高端的还没动.”

　　“前几年翡翠、和田玉等价格被炒得很厉害,几乎每一季都能增长10%到15%,有些一年可增值50%以上.”来自广东的吴先生透露,但近两个月,翡翠等玉石的价格开始持续走低,有的低端货降幅高达50%,“很多知名玉石市场门可罗雀,玉石几乎卖不动,以前很热的黄龙玉等,也面临跌价的命运.”

　　昨日,记者走访我市部分古玩城发现,目前厦门不少玉石的价格零售价也开始下降.夏商周古玩城一位商家说:“现在店里一些翡翠挂件、手链等,比一年前普降两三成.”厦门珠宝行业协会秘书长陈林强也曾表示,这段时间,玉石的价格走势是“两极分化”:中低端货在降价,高端货则有价无市.

　　投资客逐渐减少

　　玉石市场遇到“寒流”,投资客也在不断减少.

　　“前两年,市场行情火爆时,天天有新的买家出现,一买就是好几百万元的货,但从去年下半年开始,这部分人就开始不断减少了.”上文提到的刘女士告诉记者,现在在云南,看到的都是一些经营玉石时间较长的客商,拿货量比过去少了,出手更谨慎了,“而新面孔则很少看到了”.

　　陈林强在接受采访时称,过去行情好,投资玉石利润空间高,吸引了不少房地产商、企业家等投资,从股市、期市等流出的部分资金,也开始转向这一行业.但眼下整体环境不景气,房地产遭调控,不少企业也出现资金问题,这部分参与者自然就少了许多.而随着炒家的离去,原先被盲目炒高的低端翡翠价格开始下降.

　　市场进入盘整期

　　目前,各类玉石价格开始下调,那么,这股下行的趋势是否会一直持续？

　　福建省宝协王秘书长在接受媒体采访时称,这两年翡翠玉石市场,以投机为主要目的的购买者越来越多,甚至占到五成,但随着市场的不确定性,部分游资陆续撤出玉石市场.“据说缅甸近期又发现新的翡翠矿藏,随着开采规模越来越大,中低档翡翠产量大增,所以价格有所下降.但是高端珍贵的翡翠价格还是呈上涨趋势.”

　　“事实上,目前翡翠玉石的市场行情,算是进入市场盘整期,中高端玉石价格仍是看涨的,而低端玉石价格的下降,可以被视作是挤掉‘泡沫’.”福建省收藏家协会厦门分会会长丁建南告诉记者,有兴趣的投资者依然可以看好玉石投资,但要注意选择高端的品种.

　　江浙、西安富人热炒高值碧玺,几十万元的碧玺毫不犹豫拿下,高值碧玺每年升值不下30%.而广州市场对高值碧玺热情不太高.

　　“碧玺的投资需求越来越强烈,我们的一款50万元的碧玺去年在江浙门店刚一亮相就被买走.”昨日,天河城百货内的一家珠宝品牌商对羊城晚报记者透露,近两年,江浙和西安的富人投资碧玺等彩色珠宝的热情高涨,直接推动了高值碧玺每年最低30%的升幅,而广州的投资市场也开始热起来.

　　特别提醒

　　假货多填充或染色

　　那么,投资碧玺存在什么样的风险？

　　梁沐周指出,一方面和许多珠宝一样,碧玺的变现并非如黄金(1654.00,3.70,0.22%)那样容易；另一方面是最重要的,就是天然碧玺在外形上与很多低档玉石类似,目前市场上有不少假货,一些填充或染色材料冒充碧玺的情况经常发生.建议消费者去正规渠道购买,有疑问最好到国家认定的珠宝鉴定部门鉴定.

　　江浙疯炒高值碧玺

　　碧玺是颜色最丰富的彩色宝石,品种有红色碧玺、绿色碧玺、蓝碧玺、西瓜碧玺、双色碧玺、猫眼碧玺等等,不同的碧玺价格不一.

　　近两年在江浙和西安,碧玺的投资特别热.“江浙一带的富人不买房子转投黄金、珠宝等,高值碧玺成为一种备受追捧的投资品.”VENTI梵迪珠宝的相关负责人告诉记者,“在江苏,几十万元的碧玺,不少投资者看了之后都不多问就立即下订；而几个月前,我们在西安做彩宝巡展,两天的销售额就高达100多万元.” 该负责人介绍,碧玺在江浙和西安的销售每年都大幅增长.

　　广地珠宝副总经理梁沐周也向记者透露,目前,碧玺在国内彩色宝石市场占了1/4至1/3的销量,最近两年销量突然大幅飙升,“我们门店的碧玺销量去年比前年竟然有两倍以上的增长,最主流的投资范围是1万元-3万元的碧玺品种.”

　　即使如此,还有不少业内人士认为目前广州人对高端碧玺的投资热情不及内地一些城市,“投资高价值彩宝的趋势还不明显.”记者也发现,天河城、正佳广场、荔湾广场等地许多珠宝商家已开始销售碧玺,其中7000元-1万元/件的单品最热销.

　　价格还没出现泡沫？

　　虽然广州碧玺高端投资市场未见大热,但碧玺价格却一路走高.

　　据相关珠宝公司数据显示,2010年,0.5克拉至1克拉的碧玺价格大约为3000元-4000元,目前的价格为1万元；17克拉的碧玺价格则从10万元升值为13.6万元左右.

　　“相比翡翠、和田玉,碧玺的价格真的不算贵,这就是为什么它目前会成为投资热品的一个重要原因.” 梁沐周表示,随着消费者对碧玺的认同度越来越高,其购买量也会大幅攀升,而目前国内的投资渠道有限,一种宝石走上上升通道后,一般5年至8年内价格会持续走高.因此判断碧玺的价格还没有出现泡沫.

玉器市场袭来倒春寒

　　“往年这时候,全国各地的玉器采购商早就踏破门槛了,可今年还看不到人来呢.”记者日前走进扬州最大的玉器加工基地广陵区湾头镇,沿街玉器加工店坊林立,很多却没有开门.推开一家店坊合一的玉器店大门,只见屋里摆放着8张玉器加工操作台,却只有两三个玉匠在漫不经心地加工.老板吴俊介绍,他们店以加工销售中低档青海玉人物挂件把件为主,去年下半年以来,明显感觉产品卖不动,订单大量减少.

　　从去年10月开始,在新疆、蚌埠等国内主要玉石料市场上,青海玉等软玉的价格由单边上涨转为分化,高质量的白玉价格依旧上涨,而市场覆盖面较大的中低档白玉则出现下跌.由于中低档青海玉不受消费市场认同,价格从1公斤3000多元跌到近2000元,缩水了三分之一.

　　国内白玉界赫赫有名的李祥壮在湾头也设有玉器加工厂.2008年,经他运作,青海玉成功地被用来制作北京奥运会奖牌.此后青海玉价格一路起飞,3年内涨了10多倍.但现在他对青海玉价格的走势也喊看不懂:“现在做玉器不但赚钱难,资金周转也很难.”他告诉记者,高档青海白玉的价格现在已达到一公斤5000元以上,而且还在涨,每进一块料都意味着动辄几百万的投资.“而从玉料到玉器再到售出回笼资金,这里面的时间有几年也说不定.高价买来的料只要出不了手,那么资金就等于被永远‘冻’在那里.”

　　让李祥壮颇感压力的还有加工成本.他给记者算了一笔账,加工一只50公分高的精品白玉瓶,出坯、描面、打磨这三个最基本的工序,一套下来大概就需要38万元的人工成本,而同品质的加工费用3年前大约不到3万元.“所以,现在做玉器如果没有5倍于本钱的流动现金,根本运转不起来.”李祥壮今年一件大件也没卖出,一块玉料也没敢进.

　　“和田玉,扬州工.”作为“扬州工”的源头,湾头玉器加工业已成为民间赖以生存的重要产业.全镇6000多户居民中有900多户从事玉器加工销售,这里还汇聚了数千名来自全国各地的玉器工匠和学徒.湾头玉器加工遭遇“倒春寒”,引起了当地政府的关注.目前镇政府除了引导玉石加工企业通过股份合作共同出资采购玉石原料,以保持正常资金流动外,还在着手实施玉器交易市场的新一轮营销和扩建,以进一步打响湾头玉器加工的品牌,拓宽湾头玉器的销路.

谁来对艺术品鉴定一锤定音

　　工作人员在用脱玻化结构分析法对瓷器的年代进行数据分析.“脱玻化”通过对瓷器釉面微观物质结构的测试可以确定釉质结构变化的程度、推测釉质最后烧成的年代,以此来判断器物的年代

　　近日,一份涉及中国文物的《地下作旧产业调查》引起业界瞩目,该调查对国内庞大的文物造假体系产业链进行分析,甚至还对文物造假按照类型进行分区,堪称一份详尽的文物造假地图,令人触目惊心.

　　从不久前轰动一时的“天价玉凳”拍卖事件到“文物造假地图”的出炉,反映国内文物造假可谓泛滥成灾.文物“赝品”何以在上拍前能够“一路绿灯”并最终直达藏者手中？针对文物艺术品鉴定,究竟有没有机构可以一锤定音？

　　造假者和专家谁更可信？

　　今年2月,江苏省邳州当地的“拉呱论坛”上一则帖子爆料,称此前一直被怀疑为赝品的“天价玉凳”是在邳州生产制作的,“一个叫赵某某的人从2010年开始,历时3个月在李口古玩玉器城加工而成,当时成本为50多万元.”

　　而后新华社驻当地记者亲自走访了玉器城,在记者得到的一段电话录音里,赵某某对买玉人说“汉代玉凳”是“我做的,用了1年多时间”,“故宫(微博)博物院的专家周南泉说是老货,它就是老货,他是权威啊,”赵某某所说的周南泉,正是为北京中嘉国际拍卖有限公司鉴定“汉代玉凳”的故宫博物院玉器专家.

　　消息一出,76岁的周南泉立即被卷入舆论漩涡,批评声浪席卷而来.为回应质疑,周南泉在北京接受记者采访,并坚称自己“没走眼”.周南泉还表示,自己作为中嘉国际拍卖的顾问,只享受每月600元的顾问费.当被问及如何看待邳州造假人自揭黑幕时,他回应说“造假的人往往会吹牛”.中国收藏家协会玉器委员会主任姚政也称周南泉“没走眼”,并称“汉代玉凳是国宝,2.2亿还算便宜了”.

　　一边是造假者“自揭老底”,一边是鉴定专家坚称“没走眼”,公众究竟该信谁？目前,玉凳真假尚无定论,但在赝品层出不穷的今天,公众舆论已将矛头直指艺术品拍卖市场黑幕.《北京晨报(微博)》发表评论认为,“天价玉凳”背后体现出的“知识腐败”值得警惕,“学者为企业站台、涂脂抹粉,‘金缕玉衣’刚过,又出‘天价玉凳’,斯文扫地,至此何及”.

　　记者了解到,针对“天价玉凳”事件,不久前中国拍卖行业协会进行了首次回应.中拍协副秘书长赵勇表示,中嘉拍卖有一、二、三类文物拍卖资质,属老牌拍卖公司,但该公司既不是中拍协成员,也不是中拍协文物艺术品拍卖企业自律公约签约单位,今后中拍协将加强对文物艺术品拍卖“双非”企业的监管.

　　拍品从征集到上拍都经过哪些程序？

　　面对“天价玉凳”的真假疑云,公众不免要问:类似“玉凳”这样的拍品从征集到上拍一般都经过哪些程序？如果真的是赝品,何以能够在上拍前“一路绿灯”并最终直达藏者手中？

　　记者了解到,依照国家《文物拍卖管理暂行规定》,拍卖公司在拍卖文物前,必须经所在地文物行政部门审核后方能上拍.其中,出土(水)文物、以出土(水)文物名义宣传的复仿制品、国有不可移动文物的附属构件等9类对象,被明确规定不得作为拍卖标的或应严格审核.

　　针对“天价玉凳”,北京市文物局新闻发言人于平在接受记者采访时明确表示,因拍品不属于上述9类对象,所以文物局最终给出的答复是“准予上拍”.

　　于平说,北京中嘉国际拍卖有限公司在拍卖“玉凳”前的确向北京市文物局报送过备案材料,当时文物局委托专家进行审核时发现,即使专家也不能对“玉凳”的真伪和年代做出明确判定,事实上还有不少专家对此表示了质疑,但由于拍品并未在上述9类“禁拍”物品当中,再加上文物局本身对拍品的真伪也无需承担鉴定责任,所以最终开了“绿灯”.

　　至于拍卖公司,则有“免责条款”护身.依据拍卖法第61条第二款规定:“拍卖人、委托人在拍卖前声明不能保证拍卖标的的真伪或者品质的,不承担瑕疵担保责任”.也就是说,拍卖公司可以对赝品“免责”.

　　采访中于平也表示,文物局通常只负责拍品上拍前的审核工作,对审核后拍卖的相关情况,文物局没有被要求进行监管.通常如果有案件发生或其他需要,可由文物局联合工商、税务等各委办局一起监管.

　　记者了解到,在去年1月份召开的全国文物拍卖管理工作座谈会上,国家文物局曾明确表示,目前个别拍卖企业滥用《拍卖法》中的免责条款知假卖假,对这样的行为,必须经司法途径或行业自律加以有效约束；而文物局“管真不管假”的做法也值得反思,不应该让售假企业打着“已经文物部门审核”的幌子堂而皇之地进入市场.

　　探索建立第三方鉴定评估体系

　　北京荣宝斋(微博)拍卖有限责任公司总经理刘尚勇(微博)告诉记者,目前文物局、法院、行政主管部门和学术界均可进行文物鉴定,但这些权力是分散的,没有统一起来.而且艺术的真实往往不等同于原创的真实.比如,目前王羲之流传于世的作品都是大师临摹的,但这些作品仍然具有艺术价值.

　　面对这些,需要鉴定文物的个人或机构难免感到茫然——该信谁的？

　　据记者了解,2006年文化部曾发起成立“文化部文化市场发展中心艺术品评估委员会”,开展现当代艺术品的鉴定、评估、咨询服务,后来文化市场发展中心整体改制为“中国动漫集团有限公司”,原评估委员会也更名为“北京皇城艺术品评估委员会”,不再隶属于事业单位,而是国有企业.此前就有业内人士认为评估委员会专家资源不足,缺乏独立的评估体系,而转企之后这些问题是否能得到解决,仍有待观察.

　　除此之外,学术界、私人也可鉴定文物,但各有弊端:学术界提倡“百家争鸣”、“鉴而不定”,让人无所适从；私人鉴定由来已久,比如画家亲属可以鉴定画家的某件作品,但个人的信誉、能力却无法得到保证.

　　知名文化学者吴树认为,近30年的全民收藏运动导致我国文物市场上的赝品逐步实现了高科技制假、高手段营销、高利润回报,反观鉴定环节却没有完整的鉴定体系、没有不同类型文物的鉴定标准,更没有科学权威的鉴定机构,文物鉴定业已陷入万劫难复的困境.

　　今年两会上,中国拍卖行业协会理事、艺术品委员会副主任刘幼铮在接受采访时表示,鉴定评估的运作规则是目前文物艺术品市场混乱现象的“死穴”,该类规则的运作,直接与卖方、买方、中介方、质押、信贷、相关金融产品等市场要素相关联,是上述环节中问题的交叉点,也是当下产生社会影响最大最直接的.

　　刘幼铮认为,针对这个问题,目前社会上流行的“不作为论”和“政府干预论”都不可行,应坚持从实际出发,拆分对象和任务,采取类似佳士得拍卖行的做法,细分拍品的叙述层级,使用不同精确度的词句,区别对待,对没把握的送拍古董,采取婉拒做法等.

　　此外就是探索建立权威、中立的鉴定评估体系.据记者了解,日前,由国家发改委国际合作中心立项的课题“文化艺术品评估体系——质押合作试点”已正式启动,这是国家针对艺术品评估融资的首个试点,目的是创建一套符合中国特色的文化艺术品评估体系.据发改委国际合作中心文化产业研究所所长陈喆介绍,国家希望通过这一试点,给艺术品评估体系制定一套相对科学的标准.

　　本报讯 (记者 郝晋 文/图) 3月16日下午,在许昌火车站地下通道一出入口附近,一件沾满黄泥的雕塑四分五裂,里面填装的混凝土散落一地.原来,一名市民用300元购得“文物”后发现上当,遂当场将其摔毁,以警示路人.

　　近日,不少市民拨打本报热线电话2770000,反映在许昌火车站附近,有一伙人经常利用假文物行骗.“他们大多把行骗地点选在地下通道出入口附近,一旦得逞,就进入地下通道逃之夭夭.”

　　3月16日15时许,记者途经颍昌路时,远远看到火车站地下通道西出入口围着一群人.

　　当记者赶到时,人已经散去.地上,一件沾满黄泥的雕塑裂成几块,内部填充的混凝土散落一地.从碎片看,雕塑破碎前主体应是一个满脸虬髯的仙人.雕塑质地细腻,呈青色,给人一种玉石的感觉.

　　“这是塑料的吗？”一名路人捡起一片碎片问道.

　　“不知道,听刚才那些人说是树脂做的.”另一名路人说.

　　据一名目睹事件整个过程的市民介绍,当时,卖家说是玉雕,一名女子出300元买下.随后,她发现是假的,返回来没有找到卖家,很气愤,当场将假文物摔毁.

　　“卖主穿得很土气,说玉雕是他在家挖地基时发现的.”该目击者说.

　　市公安局南关派出所民警称,他们以前接到过类似的报警电话,并对犯罪嫌疑人进行过拘留.随后,他们将对此事进行暗访.

　　民警特别提醒,目前,市场上出售的文物大部分是假的,希望市民提高警惕,莫上了骗子的当.

　　游戏观音:游戏观音有两种常见造型,一种是嗔、怒、喜一首三面的帝释身相,一种是在五彩祥云上箕坐或漫步的形象.游戏观音告诫众生善恶因果,皆有因果；点滴祸福不爽毫发.现多以游戏观音相警戒自省.

　　白衣观音:又称白衣大士.敷草坐岩上,左手持莲花,右手结与愿印或双手结定印,身着白衣,处白莲花之中.代表超度极乐与纯净菩提心.

　　莲卧观音:双手合掌,侧卧于石荷叶雕刻的莲花宝座上.寓意有求必应.

　　泷见观音:于高山之上倚岩而坐,眺望流泉飞瀑,表示观音关注众生苦难,保佑众生五谷丰登,人畜安康.

　　青颈观音:青颈观音三面四臂,手持杖、莲、轮、螺四种法器宝物,相传观音为解救终身,降魔吞毒,故而颈为青色.寓意逢凶化吉、化险为夷.

　　威德观音:左手持莲花,箕坐岩畔.寓意排危除障,一路平安.

　　延命观音:倚水上之岩,右手支颐,头戴宝冠,观赏设有阿弥陀佛像.又有手持赤色怪柳的造型.延命观音寓意消灾解难,延年益寿.

　　众宝观音:趺坐地上,右手向地,左手放于弯膝之上.象征知足.

　　岩户观音:在岩洞中,禅思入定相.佩戴或摆放岩户观音,免受毒物侵害.

　　能静观音:伫立岩畔,双手按一岩上,望海沉思.象征静慧如海,不为烦恼所动,永远安宁.

　　阿耨观音:常见的阿耨观音像多在海中岩石之上,抱膝而坐,目光向海.表示观音洞察一切,救苦救难.

　　阿摩提观音:乘白狮,身放火光,一首一面四臂.其中三臂分持摩羯鱼,白吉祥鸟、凤头箜篌,一手结说法印；另一种形象为提棒骑狮的宝相,不过此相阿摩提观音比较少见.在少林寺便供奉有提棒怒目的阿摩提观音,表示匡扶正义、惩治邪恶.象征正气凛然、无畏无敌.

　　叶衣观音:敷草坐于岩上,身穿树叶做成的千叶功德(八万四千功德)衣.代表积德行善.

　　琉璃观音:形象为双手捧一琉璃壶,乘莲瓣浮于海上.寓意琉璃心境,心想事成.

　　多罗尊观音:多罗尊意为“眼”,故多罗尊观音亦是多眼观音.一般作合掌持青莲花的中年妇女相,多见于密宗.象征无所不察.

　　蛤蜊观音:居于两扇蛤蜊壳中,或乘于蛤蜊之上渡海.此相缘于唐文宗食蛤.表示观音菩萨对众生怀有怜悯之心,乐于救苦和劝善.

　　六时观音:佛教“六时”为晨朝、日中、日没、初夜、中夜、后夜.此相一般作左手结说法印、右手持经书状.

　　普慈观音:又称普悲观音.此相观音,乘云浮空,衣端流风,大自在身.象征一视同仁、平安度世.

　　马郎妇观音:马郎妇观音与鱼篮观音同出一个典故,但其法相却不相同.马郎妇观音即马郎之妇观音法相,常为手持法华经或双手叠放腹前而立的妇女身相.

　　合掌观音:双手合十,肃立莲台之上.表示观音菩萨乐于化解众生的一切苦难,实现众生的良好愿望.

　　一如观音:形象为乘云飞向空中,右手执说法印,此相常伴有雷电相随,代表观音能制伏雷电.寓意真如之理,一视同仁.

　　不二观音:双手交叉或低垂,在水中立于莲叶之上,或坐于莲座之上.寓意八万四千法门,不二法门最高.表示观音菩萨道行精深,佛法无边,保佑众生消灾消难,福寿无边.

　　持莲观音:此观音相多为手执莲花,站或坐在莲叶之上,容貌姣好的少女形象.

　　洒水观音:又称滴水观音.一手持净瓶做泻水状,一手作法印或持执杨柳枝.有救赎众生,解除生者苦难的吉祥寓意.

百公斤和田玉雕将在榕开拍

　　本周末福州将启动春拍,记者昨日获悉,福建嘉德2012年春季艺术品拍卖会将上拍上百千克的和田玉雕.

　　记者在福州冶山路省二建大厦二楼的春拍预展现场看到,本周日下午的这场春拍将拍卖310件瓷器杂项和珠宝玉石,其中瓷器杂项部分既有瓷瓶和瓷碗,又有越南黄花梨茶几、海南黄花黎雕和小叶紫檀摆件等.去年春拍高价迭出后,卖家期望值都很高,因此去年秋拍的送拍价格居高不下,但今年艺术品送拍价格有所回落,这一点在此次春拍中已有所体现.此次上拍的17件K金镶嵌珠宝首饰设计制作巧妙,起拍价只有5000元至8000元不等.

　　除了K金珠宝首饰,此次的珠宝玉石拍品较多,总共有158件拍品.和田玉和翡翠是其中的亮点,和田玉的拍品占了一半左右.234号拍品是一件重107千克的和田玉雕滴水观音像,高达1.25米,如此巨大的和田玉雕实属少见,起拍价比较高.229号拍品是一块重9千克的和田玉籽料原石.

　　此次还有两块翡翠原石上拍,但是与和田玉原石只是开个小窗不同的是,上拍的翡翠原石并非赌石品种,其中一块原石整块透着绿色,表面的风化皮已经全部去掉,另外一块原石有一大块横切面.现场有藏家认为,翡翠赌石风险很大,而且翡翠每一个位置的品质差别很大,因此普通市民最好不要碰开小窗的翡翠赌石.当然去掉风化皮的翡翠原石价格也更高,此次绿色的那块翡翠原石口径只有6厘米,高10厘米,起拍价就达到了100万元.

近期玉石价格大跌 投资需谨慎

　　近两个月,翡翠等玉石的价格持续走低,很多知名的玉石市场门可罗雀,店里面的玉石几乎卖不动.曾经被热炒的黄龙玉等其他种类玉石,也面临着跌价的命运.

　　去年下半年开始,由于游资撤离,翡翠市场总体价格走低,不过高端翡翠价格继续坚挺,甚至“涨势凶猛”,低端翡翠市场则回归理性.“前几年翡翠价格被炒得很厉害,几乎每一季能增长10%到15%,有些一年可以增值50%以上,现在玩翡翠的那些房产商又抽走了炒作中低端翡翠的大笔资金,收藏或赏玩高档翡翠,所以市场在几个月内有了大波动.”业内人士表示.今年交易会上,炒家们潮水般退去了,然而,行家们寻寻觅觅,还是很难见到好的翡翠,一块几吨重的翡翠矿石,开出来也许只有几十克高端原料,所以高端翡翠的价格有增无减.与此不同的是,随着炒家的离去,原先被盲目炒高的低端翡翠价格开始下降.据了解,今年春节,采用一般的翡翠原料制作的佛像挂件、手珠手链、十二生肖等十分旺销,价格在几百上千元,比一年前普降2到3成.高端和低端翡翠的价格走势现在是两极分化.

　　一位玉器加工商表示,春节过后本来是传统玉石的销售旺季,但今年春节过后,玉石零售商基本都按兵不动.究其原因,从前两年开始,由于翡翠带绿带紫的原料开采出的越来越少,曾经不被看好的无色或白色翡翠原料开始进入市场,被冠以“玻璃种”“冰种”等头衔后也变得价格不菲.而去年年初到今年年初,翡翠原料价格上演了一轮暴涨暴跌的行情,并有继续往下的趋势,令人无所适从.

　　上海收藏协会会长吴少华说,这次下跌是挤掉了市场上的水分,前两年炒作过度了.所以市场也是给消费者上了一课:不是所有的玉石翡翠都能投资.吴少华预计,此轮玉石价格下跌会导致其他艺术品如黄花梨和寿山石的价格下落.不过,吴少华还是劝慰持有者放平心态,不必紧张,投资和回报之间是有周期的,不能春拍得来指望秋拍就卖出高价,“毕竟高端翡翠由于原料量接近枯竭,盘整后可能还会升值.”

　　小贴士:高端翡翠必须同时具备三个要素,一是要有“阳色”,色光偏蓝、偏灰、偏青都不行；二是要“浓绿”,墨绿、青绿、淡绿都不行；三是必须“冰种”,即玻璃种,种头很细,水头很透,光线折射率高.投资者在选择的时候可以参考这三点.

　　北京世界华人文化院将为王思平举办“王思平收藏展”.在展览筹备阶段,记者见到一幅长卷,此长卷长7米,上面有64个巴林石中国印,由程与天等名家篆刻,与中国印相间的是书法,这些书法都是中国印的释文,由著名书法家武春河书写.有专家称,中国书法围绕中国印创作在书法领域并不多见.

　　王思平供职于辽宁报业传媒集团.他是一个收藏家,内心世界丰富.交谈中,他对印石的喜爱溢于言表.他说,早在1000多年前,巴林石就作为贡品进奉朝廷,被一代天骄成吉思汗称为“天赐之石”,以其珍、稀、奇、美,与寿山石、青田石和昌化石被中国宝玉石协会评为中国候选国石和中国四大美石.

　　王思平与巴林石结缘是在10年前,一次偶然的机会,他来到内蒙古自治区巴林石产地,在巴林右旗的一个地摊上花几十元钱买了一块巴林石,从这块不起眼的巴林石中,他感受到中华古老的文化,从此开始收藏巴林石.至今收藏巴林石连体章60多组,最长一组由14方印章石组成,在国内巴林石收藏界,可谓另辟蹊径.

　　石本无意,创意在人.王思平把著名书法家武春河的书法与巴林石中国印相间在书法长卷上,让人耳目一新.

　　谈起创意初衷,王思平说,他每天看着巴林石,和它们对话,后来程与天等篆刻家把唐诗、宋词、毛泽东诗词篆刻在巴林石上,他更是爱不释手.他把这些中国印盖在宣纸上,连成长卷,拿给武春河看,武春河看后很激动,欣然提笔在长卷上写下:“化平凡为神奇”,之后武春河用书法为这些中国印书写释文.

　　长卷上的中国印有方形、圆形、半圆形,还有菱形等等,形状、大小各异.这些篆刻出自程与天、张久勇、李晓露之手.其中,程与天是著名书法篆刻家,其书法篆刻得到过茅盾、吴作人、臧克家、启功等文学艺术大家的好评.

　　武春河书写在长卷上的印章书法释文,有唐诗、有宋词、有毛泽东诗词,也有名言警句.书体有隶书、篆书、行书、楷书等.武春河先后任《辽宁日报》总编辑,《人民日报》副总编辑兼《人民日报》海外版总编辑,《经济日报》总编辑、社长.现为全国政协委员、中国书法家协会理事、中直机关书画协会主席.他自幼习书,涉猎百家,自成面貌,尤以行、草见长.作品气势宏大、雄强,气韵生动、清逸,既严格遵循传统之法则,又充溢当代创新之精神,为世人所重.

　　通过这些玩石,王思平深切地感受到中国传统印章文化的源远流长.他说,一块精美的巴林石,是一部经典的诗画、一个迷人的故事、一番深厚的情感、一份珍贵的文化.
