带着种种疑问，新快报记者邀请了文化部艺术服务中心艺术品鉴定评估广东工作站的吕少民主任，现场对该款“天然纯玉石”骨灰盒评估鉴定。“材料是玉石不假，不过是玉石中最质次价廉的那种广东玉，其实就是块普通石头，并不稀有，乡下一般用来铺设厕所和地板的。”吕主任说，该款产品的纹理不规律，看上去不像人工造成；其硬度比玻璃还低(玻璃硬度为5.4，和田玉硬度为6，翡翠硬度为7)；产品所刻字迹不齐且大小不一，为手工雕刻迹象；纯洁度、色泽等均很差。
吕主任对照另一款没有花纹雕刻，但同样标注为天然纯玉石的定价为2500元的骨灰盒进行评估，“没有花纹的这种产品市场造价约500元，即该商场售价是造价的5倍左右”。以此初步估算，殡仪馆这款售价为11380元的玉石产品，其市场造价(包含材料和雕刻人工成本)约为2000元。
“翻了5倍，定价显然偏高。”吕主任建议，消费者在购买定价较高的玉石工艺品时，需要具备一定的专业知识，不能盲目购买。

记者就此事向广州市殡仪馆工作人员进行了咨询，对方表示“只是替厂家代销，所有的产品质量证明材料就只有这么多”。工作人员回应，如果对产品的材质和造价存疑，建议记者向生产厂家询问。在此前核实该款产品是否真的是玉石材质时，工作人员表示：“我们也不清楚，直接从厂家拿的货，他们说是什么就是什么”。

以“住”和“吃”为例子，佘先生要说明的是当前翡翠投资炒作热潮的降温。他介绍，从2000年开始，翡翠价格就一路攀升，最近两年更是一年翻数倍，以致被称为“疯狂的石头”。
“尤其是去年，已经不是在‘标’石头，而是在抢石头了。”佘先生说，由于股市低迷、楼市受打压，前两年山西和浙江等地的游资纷纷抢进翡翠原石市场，导致行家认为不超过1000万元的石头，居然有人花两三千万元买了下来。而且这些人将石头买回来后，也不拿去加工，就囤着，纯粹用来炒货。

其实，在翡翠零售市场，价格同样已开始松动。“原来心理价位要4000元的东西，现在如果有人出价3500元，我也会卖的。”在夏商周古玩城，一翡翠商家表示，最近生意确实很不好做，所以一般的东西能脱手就先脱手。
而中国最大的翡翠批发地——广东传出的信息显示，当前中低端翡翠价格已有一定程度下跌。记者一位在广州经营翡翠批发生意的同乡说，当前部分批发商想回笼资金，所以中低端的东西就让点利出手。
“但说翡翠价格暴跌，我觉得不太可能。”这位同乡认为，翡翠毕竟是资源稀缺性的产品，尤其是高端翡翠，价格仍会长线走高，只是前几年的“疯涨时代”已经终结，也该理性一阵子了。
佘先生也表示，中低端翡翠价格，最近确实开始走跌了，主要还是因为“量大”，供需缺口小，所以市场一调整，便首当其冲跟着跌，但精品翡翠则相对抗跌。

“中国已经超越美国成为世界最大的艺术品和古董市场，结束了美国数十年来在该领域的领导地位。”在上周结束的欧洲艺术品与古董博览会(tefaf)上，一份由tefaf 欧洲艺术基金会发布的最新年度报告《2011 年国际艺术市场：艺术品交易25 年之观察》披露了这一历史性的拐点。
然而，近两年突然爆热的中国艺术品市场，伴随着“天价神话”的迭创纪录，各式各样的“天大笑话”也接连上演。一件“金缕玉衣”引发的诈骗案在去年轰动一时，拍出2.2 亿元的“汉代玉凳”，今年又被查出原是邳州作坊制造的……由此引发人们对“卖假不退”、“拍卖不保真”、“古玩不打假”等行规的质疑。
不仅如此，文物艺术品鉴定界也成为众矢之的，单是一件“金缕玉衣”案，就使玉器行业权威牛福忠、中国收藏家协会前秘书长王文祥、故宫(微博)博物院前副院长杨伯达、北京大学宝石鉴定中心前主任杨富绪、国家文物鉴定委员会前副主任委员史树青纷纷受到牵连。
中国的艺术品市场，正面临空前的诚信危机。一大批艺术品的潜在投资收藏者，进退两难地纠结着。艺术品的真伪，有没有权威的机构或专家能够说了算？ 画家子女的鉴定是否可靠？ 艺术“打假”什么时候才能从民间走向官方？ 这些问题，都考验着中国的艺术品市场能否从“小众”走向“大众”。
市场混乱，赝品混入真品
赵利平：艺术品市场最近这几年受到社会的广泛关注，除了因为它本身正逐渐成为普通市民的一大投资理财渠道外，更因为“天价”和“造假”的轰动新闻时不时见诸报端。特别是金缕玉衣案、汉代玉凳案、徐悲鸿作品遭联名打假等事件，让很多人以为中国的艺术品市场赝品泛滥，一大批有兴趣投资收藏艺术品的人不敢购买，不敢收藏。
杨之光：我常见拍卖会上出现本人的假画，一些唯利者用各种手段，或仿绘或冒充本人的作品投放市场，但其中最恶劣的，当数将赝品混进经过我本人认证为真品的画册中，以欺骗买家进行拍卖交易。前几年有一位藏家翁镇熙先生，要将自己收藏的我的作品出版成画集，希望我为这本画集写序言及题写书名。出于对翁先生的信任与尊重，我对他要入编画集的作品进行审查，选出了可入编的真品， 并为画集写了序言、题写书名，以此作为对该画集作品为真品的认证。但没想到画册正式出版后，我却发现画册里被塞进两幅我审查时已否定的赝品， 我当即向翁先生提出交涉， 他也表示会在画册对外发行时，将所有赝品页撕去。但后来我还是发现，在去年一场拍卖会上，其中一幅《天鹅舞》被送拍，而且在拍卖图录中依然注明该画入编了该画册。为避免因该画册曾由本人写序言及题书名对作品作了认证，使赝品有可能被误为真品，我不得已发表了公开声明。
今年初，我又发现正式上架销售的“岭南画派技法范本”画册(上海人民美术出版社出版)就是一本假书，该书封面印着“广州美术学院杨之光等编着”，封底印上广州美术学院资深教授陈金章、梁世雄等作为参与编着者，而我及这批教授们对此书出版毫不知情，从未参与编着此书，也未授权在此书刊登我们的作品，这是典型的冒名、侵权行为。
而且书中刊登的所谓“范本”，都是从其他出版物翻版，东拼西凑而来的，书中编写的所谓“岭南画派技法”缺少学术含金量，冠名我们编着是对广州美术学院教授水平的贬损，同时也是对读者的糊弄和欺骗。更严重的是，书中刊登的所谓“范本”，有些竟是假画，其中关山月的两幅作品，据其女婿、同时也被该书冠名为编着作者之一的陈章绩教授鉴定为假画，将这些假画塞进冠名“广州美术学院一批资深教授编着”的画册中，会造成“以假乱真”、“以黑洗白”的不良后果。不得已，我又再次发表了公开声明。
赵利平：近年的艺术品拍卖市场的确出现了很多赝品，但是“拍卖不保真”
也真的是个国际惯例。
杨之光：“拍卖不保真” 是国际惯例没错，但国际成熟的大拍卖行，如果成交后发现是赝品，他们是包退的，而且欧美国家有成熟的信用体系， 他们对送拍艺术品的审查也更加严格。如果拍品被发现有假，对拍卖行的品牌影响很大。
画集画家打假，杨之光自己注册商标
赵利平：现在的法律在艺术品领域的多个方面都是欠缺的，比如说藏家如果买到赝品，真不知道该如何维权。画家看到自己的作品被仿冒，也不知道该怎么打假。
杨之光：所以我注册了自己的“杨之光”商标及着作权，我现在在艺术品、印刷、教育等领域都注册了，任何人未经我同意在这些领域使用“杨之光”三个字都是侵犯了我的商标权和着作权，我都可以依照法律程序，提请工商部门进行查处。不管作品是临摹的还是复制的，只要是不经我同意却署上了我的名字，一概可作侵权处理。这是目前画家自己打假维权一个不得已而又有效的办法，可供其他艺术家借鉴。可笑的是，在我注册之前，“杨之光”三个字已经被抢注， 后来我向国家商标总局提出异议，才拿回了自己的商标权。
赵利平：这的确是个好办法。我知道周彦生老师给自己所有的作品，包括赠送、出售的作品都拍了照，建立自己的数据库。
杨之光：建立数据库的事情，前段时间一些拍卖行、艺术品网站也跟我联系过， 要对目前市场上流通的杨之光作品做个整理， 委托我将真品和赝品进行归类， 建立数据库。这个工程所耗精力太大， 而这个只看照片判断真伪的做法也只能打假， 不能保真， 保真还是要看真迹。所以我计划将我的传世之作都整理成集，分集出版，只要是我鉴定过的我的作品就可以入编， 不分时期不分水平高低。这是一件功德无量的事情，所以我的家人都很支持， 以后大量的工作需要由他们来承担。我无法去一一顾及市场上所有有我署名的作品的真伪， 只能说在我这本画集中出现的作品，肯定是真的。
画家子女鉴定是否可靠？
赵利平： 画家能够自己鉴定当然最好，现在有一些人，为了将赝品“洗白”， 就花钱请一些所谓的专家出具鉴定书，然后送到拍卖行上拍。
去年这样的新闻很多，一件“金缕玉衣”案，就使多位鉴定界的权威专家受到了牵连。
许钦松(微博)： 现在文物艺术品鉴定的所谓专家太多了， 很多人自己刻个章，就自封专家，成立一个鉴定委员会，收了钱就出具一份鉴定报告。
因为我国至今还没有一个行业权威或官方承认的鉴定机构， 市场需求又这么巨大，所以鉴定证书满天飞。
但实际上， 我国缺少一支高素质的鉴定专业队伍。原因有二：首先是设立鉴定专业的大专院校很少， 要培养一个合格的鉴定家， 除了自身学识外，还要大量接触研究文物原件，非常不容易；其次，鉴定师没有像律师那样的资质考核、评定，因此很多自称为鉴定家的“专家”水平如何，外行很难判定。个别鉴定家为利益所驱动， 做出违背道德操守的伪鉴定，进一步加重了混乱现状。
赵利平：去年拍出7280 万元的“徐悲鸿油画”《人体蒋碧薇女士》有徐悲鸿长子徐伯阳的鉴定， 还有他与这幅画的合影， 但随后中央美院1982 级的10 名学生联名称，该幅作品实为同学们1983 年的习作。这让很多人争论， 画家子女的鉴定是否可靠？
杨之光：要鉴定一幅书画作品的真伪，不是任何鉴定家都可以做到的，要看你熟不熟悉这个人。比如我的画，我女儿和我的一些学生最熟悉，这是很正常的。徐悲鸿那件作品鉴定出错，是因为徐伯阳在鉴定那会儿， 其实已经老年痴呆了，不具备鉴定能力，他是在模糊状态下签字的。但如果就此说子女鉴定不准确， 学生鉴定不准确，那不认识画家的鉴定家就能看准确吗？ 关键是，鉴定者要负上法律责任， 一旦你签名确认作品为真了，以后若被发现是赝品，鉴定者也要负上赔付的责任。
艺术品打假何时能从民间走向官方？
赵利平：实际上，艺术品造假历朝历代都有，只不过近年来登峰造极。但中国艺术品市场在发展过程中所积累的这些问题，不是一天两天、一个画家一人之力就能解决的，这个市场应该如何规范？
许钦松：2009 年在中国艺术品市场开始复苏的时候， 我就提出过建立国家级的“艺术品鉴定专业委员会”和“艺术品评估专业委员会”两个全国性权威专业机构。这两个机构出具的证书，一件一证，像房产证一样，随着艺术品进入市场流通，在网上可以查得到证书编号对应的艺术品， 艺术品转让的时候，证书也要跟着过户。为保证权威性和公正性， 两个机构必须在相互独立的专业技术平台和管理平台上运作。这样，得出的鉴定结论既真实又具有法律效力，当然可信度最高。
现在的艺术品价格越来越高， 普通人介入艺术品市场的门槛也越来越高， 所以文交所的成立很好，将艺术品份额化，能让老百姓也玩得起艺术品。只不过目前的文交所缺少监管，存在很多的弊病。所以在今年刚刚结束的全国两会上， 我又提交了一份议案《关于我国文化艺术品资本市场的几点建议》，建议由中央宣传部、商务部、文化部、国家广电总局、新闻出版总署共同牵头参与，成立“文监会”，与证监会负责对证券期货行业进行监管类似， 由文监会对文化艺术品资本市场的参与机构和交易过程进行统一监管。
但我建议文交所的交易方式应从份额化交易过渡到产权式的交易，采取类似艺术品基金或信托等方式，限制过于活跃的炒作性交易，凸显文化项目和艺术品的长期投资价值。同时丰富交易所内可供投资者投资的精品文化项目或艺术品，除了通过多元化让投资者降低投资风险外，也可以防止资本对某个上市文化项目或艺术品的集中炒作， 使得市场真正发挥作用。
杨之光：我则认为，市场造假泛滥的根源在于教育的缺失。我们的应试教育是“求同”，从这种体制出来的人不掌握“求异”的方法，在艺术创作上，就表现为没有创新，只能模仿、抄袭。所以我创办杨之光美术中心，就是要以艺术为手段，将创新这个观念灌输给孩子。我们的教育，不完全是为了追求艺术，更多的是传授一种学习的态度和创新的方法，引导孩子拥有自己独立的思维能力。如果这种创新的思想能够得到认同及巩固， 那么对一切山寨、模仿、抄袭的东西，都会引以为耻，这才能从根源上杜绝造假。
赵利平： 倡导一种自主创新的思想，形成崇尚艺术独创精神的风气，很大程度上能起到让人们不愿意去模仿和假造的作用。但人类惰性、抄袭现成与趋利、图利的劣根性却难以杜绝， 所以更需要有检查、鉴定、监督等机构的到位，以及配套可行的操作方法与实施细则，这样才能让造假者不能做，一做就容易被发现。而且还要有严厉的惩罚机制，让造假、侵权他人利益的人从法律制裁到道德谴责上都付出很大的代价，从而不敢造假。这些机构、细则与机制是政府与行业应该提上议事日程的事。

2.2 亿元“汉代玉凳”
原是邳州作坊制造2011 年1 月9 日，在北京中嘉国际拍卖有限公司举行的“古玉雅集古代玉器专场拍卖会”上，一件“汉代青黄玉龙凤纹梳妆台及坐凳”以1.8 亿元起拍，经过竞价以2.2 亿元成交， 创下新的玉器拍卖世界纪录。故宫博物院研究馆员周南泉曾对此拍品进行实物上手目鉴，认定为“汉代”，并出具鉴定证书。但是，时隔整整一年，这桩“旧闻”却在2012 年春节期间被网友翻出来，指出“汉代玉凳”的种种破绽，在论坛上引发围观。随后有媒体跟进调查后发现，这套所谓的“汉代玉凳”来自邳州市运河镇向阳村，是老虎玉器店的赵姓老板根据明代的老件仿造的，整个制作过程用了一年多时间。2010 年，“汉代玉凳”作为工艺品卖给了河北石家庄的“老王”， 售价260 万元。
1.4 亿元宋徽宗《瘦金千字文》被疑为赝品
2012 年1 月2 日，广东中翰清花拍卖有限公司主办的“清花岁月”跨年拍卖会在深圳举办，其中一件宋徽宗《瘦金千字文》书法作品以1.4 亿元拍出。然而，时隔仅一日， 便有人质疑这件书法作品的真伪，称在深圳拍出的这件作品应当是赝品或临摹品。最“要命”的是，质疑者不是普通专家，而是收藏有宋徽宗《千字文》唯一真迹的上海博物馆。但拍卖方则表示两者是不同形式，都是正品。
徐悲鸿《人体蒋碧薇女士》遭联名打假
北京九歌国际拍卖有限公司在2011年春拍中，以7280 万元人民币的价格，成功拍出了名为《人体蒋碧薇女士》的“徐悲鸿油画”。该作品之所以能够高价拍出，因为有“徐悲鸿长子徐伯阳”所出示的“背书”：“此幅油画(人体)确系先父徐悲鸿的真迹， 先父早期作品， 为母亲保留之遗作。”此外还有徐伯阳与这幅画的合影，以证明该画为“徐悲鸿真迹”。但随后，中央美院1982 级10 名学生联名称，该幅作品实为同学们1983 年的习作。
一件“金缕玉衣”引发的诈骗案
2011 年9 月，商人谢根荣找来一堆玉片，请北京中博雅文物鉴定中心鉴定委员会主任牛福忠串成了“金缕玉衣”。牛福忠又请来原故宫博物院副院长杨伯达等5名顶级鉴定专家，在装着“金缕玉衣”的玻璃柜子外“走了一趟看了看”， 便为这件“文物”估价24 亿元人民币。作为报酬，谢根荣给了5 位专家几十万元评估费。谢根荣用这一纸估价说明，骗银行放出7 亿元贷款，直接导致银行损失5.4 亿元。
